Animal Hospital items and rewards wiki

The complete documented item economy: the ten treatment mappings, every shop item with its price and effect, the Journal's achievement income, and the checked status of codes — the tables any spending plan starts from.

Treatments

The ten basic symptom-to-item mappings

The screen above each admitted patient's bed names the illness; this is the memory layer. Holding any other item while treating kills the patient.

SymptomItemNote

FeverThermometerRead the screen label before grabbing; holding the wrong item kills the patient.

Rewards

Journal achievements: the plannable income

Journal entries are the documented 10-Coin-per-entry reward track — and the game's lore index, since incident reports and character backstories land there as you trigger them.

  • • The Journal tracks achievements; entries the wiki documents pay 10 Animal Coins each (for example Bed Monster, Maple Trick, and the tiny-anomaly entry).
  • • Combat-style Journal entries include 'Bed monster attack Hider' and 'Bed monster attack Mimic' — staged by letting the Bed Monster share a room with those entities.
  • • Journal progress is also the lore index: incident reports, Dr. Harlow's research notes, and character backstories land there as you trigger them.
  • • Animal Coins buy Supplies Shop items, classes, and utility gear; there is no collected trading, code, or AFK income system to route around.
Reward status

Codes: the checked answer

No redemption system or active code collected as of the checked date. The September 19-21 X2 Coins event and its [UPDATE] listing change produced no code box, and neither did any other checked surface.

  • • There is no collected code box in the shop or settings menus of the current version.
  • • Copied 'working code' lists for this game borrow strings from other Roblox games; without a redemption menu they have nothing to be pasted into.
  • • If a future update adds codes, the likeliest announcement surfaces are the official Roblox listing, the creator group, and the official Discord — the same order this page checks.

From table to plan

The resource planner turns this page's prices into a buying order; the farming guide covers the earning side. The short version: survival stock first, the free extinguisher always, the class that fixes your failure second, cosmetics when the runs survive.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What items are in the Animal Hospital shop?

The documented set: treatment items for the ten basic symptoms, Coffee (55 Coins from Shift 3), the Chocolate Bar (120 Coins or 29 Robux), Run Fast Cola (75 Coins or 19 Robux), Mint Tea (100 Coins), the Teddy Bear (1,010 Coins), the Taser (150 Coins, free from Shift 4), the free fire extinguisher shelf, and the premium Gun (99 Robux), Deployable Camera (600 Coins), and Scanner.

How do I earn Animal Coins?

Two documented sources: completed patients through the desk-to-recovery loop, and Journal achievements at 10 Coins per entry. There is no code, trading, or AFK income system.

What is the most important item to buy?

For survival, the Chocolate Bar — about 60% Sanity across three bites is the densest documented recovery. For throughput, nothing beats memorizing the ten treatment mappings, which are free.

Are there reward codes?

No redemption system was collected as of the October 3 check — including after the September X2 Coins event. The codes page documents exactly which sources were checked, when, and how to recheck.

What does the Teddy Bear do?

Revives one downed teammate (not yourself) for 1,010 Animal Coins — the documented co-op insurance buy, and the most expensive item on the wiki's shop table.

Which Journal entries can I plan for?

The documented set: the Bed Monster entry, the Maple Trick, the Bed-monster-attack-Hider and Bed-monster-attack-Mimic combinations, and the tiny-anomaly entry. Each pays 10 Animal Coins.
