Animal Hospital squad planner

Use this page to assign real shift jobs for duos and small teams. It is a planning board, not a fake hidden-stat team builder.

Before the shift

Pick jobs, not just favorite classes

Animal Hospital co-op runs become safer when every player owns a job: desk checks, treatment rooms, emergencies, or threat response.

Hard limit

No locked meta comp

Current public guides do not prove one permanent best squad for every lobby size. Build around the failure point in your own runs.

Role board

Assign the next job you need covered

Reception lead

Use Secretary or another calm check-in role when one player stays near the desk, monitors Sanity, and keeps the photo-CCTV-paperwork loop moving.

Treatment lead

Doctor or Surgeon fits teams that want one player focused on room flow, symptom reads, and avoiding wasted patient time.

Mobility and emergency runner

Paramedic helps when ambulance waves, fires, or distant room calls would otherwise pull the whole team away from the front desk.

Defense and threat cleanup

Security or Secret Agent becomes more useful when your runs repeatedly fail during hostile in-hospital threats rather than routine patient checks.

Two-player run

Split the desk from the rooms. One player checks window, photo, CCTV, and paperwork while the other keeps treatments and emergencies from stacking.

Three-player run

Add a movement or defense role so treatment pressure does not pull the desk player into every event.

When to rebuild

Rework the squad when your losses come from a repeatable weakness such as slow room turnover, Sanity collapse, or unchecked hostile encounters.
